SocialKred Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SocialKred platform operated by SocialKred Ltd (“SocialKred”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the platform, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms.


The service

SocialKred provides a B2B SaaS platform that allows organizations to:

– Invite users to campaigns
– Collect photos and videos
– Manage social media participation
– Track engagement and participation metrics

The service is provided for business or professional use only.


Customer responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

– Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
– Obtain all necessary rights, permissions, and consents from member users
– Ensure content does not infringe third-party rights
– Maintain the security of admin accounts


User-generated content

The Customer is solely responsible for:

– Campaigns created on the platform
– Content uploaded by member users
– How that content is used outside the platform

SocialKred does not review or control customer content.


Fees and payments

– The customer agrees to pay all applicable fees
– Payments are processed directly by SocialKred
– Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise


Data protection

– The Customer acts as the data controller for campaign and member user data
– SocialKred acts as a data processor for such data
– SocialKred acts as a data controller for its own business operations

Where required, the parties agree to the Data Processing Agreement.


Acceptable use

The Customer shall not:

– Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
– Upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content
– Attempt to interfere with the platform’s security or operation


Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

– The Customer breaches these Terms
– Payment is overdue
– Use of the platform creates legal or security risks

The Customer may terminate the service according to the agreed subscription terms.


Data after termination

Upon termination:

– Customer data will be deleted or returned in accordance with the DPA
– We may retain data where required by law


Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

– SocialKred is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
– Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim


Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
